Chicago-Style Hot Dog - It could have been my mistake but I selected 2 - hot dogs thinking I would get 2 full Chicago dogs, with buns. When it arrived I unwrapped one bun, with all the toppings with 2 hot dogs in the same bun. You may want to make this more clear. Food was good though

The salad is soooo much smaller now then it used to be. For that same price, you can get a really good salad elsewhere. Also, the crispy chicken seemed different....overly crispy and too much breading instead of chicken. Probably won't get it again unless it is changed.

Loved the Minestrone Soup and the Crispy Chicken Salad! Everything was fresh and delicious as usual. The salads are fast becoming a favorite of mine. Their extensive menu keeps me coming back time and time again.

I don't frequent Bona Beef and Sadly now I never will. I had some friends over and one prefers Bona Beef, I ordered 4 Beefs, 1 Meatball sandwich and several fries. 1 and a half of the beefs went into the garbage and that was the person who Loves Bona over Portillos. I'm sure it was an off night at Bona but that off night will Never have me returning. Someone slipped on the SALT. This is not an exaggeration, someone seriously went entirely to far, even the Fries that do require much salt were too salty. I just spent over $80.00 here, for another 20 I could have put a nice Rib Roast in the oven. Please train your employees properly ! One of the worst orders I've experienced.

The Portions for the price do not match whatsoever. The Rainbow Cone Cake Slice was a complete joke. You are better off buying a quart at the store, its cheaper than a teenie tiny piece they give you.
