Jesus christ this was the best sushi i have ever eaten in my whole life. It put a smile on my face. The quality is so good and the fish to rice ratio is perfect, so much fish. 10/10

It's our favorite sushi place. We order all the time. The salmon sashimi melts in your mouth. They fry things perfectly every time. The fish is so fresh. My son doesn't enjoy his salmon raw, so the fat tha we can get smoked salmon sashimi is great!

We've been ordering from Hinata for several year and their sushi is solid and the Salmon Teriyaki used to be good but over the past year the salmon pieces of gotten smaller and smaller. The most recent pieces are so thin. For $22 we are paying for 2 paper thin pieces of salmon and the rest of the platter is rice and onions.

They take care of the small details-extra containers for ginger and soy sauce, miso soup wrapped in a separate bag, and obviously the food is fantastic The rolls are the correct rice to fish ratio and tightly wrapped. Professional A+, my favorite in the area.
