• 9/14/23I got the Thai Peanut Salad and a Vegan Baked Goods (GF Options), I got a donut. The salad was fresh, delicious, and a good size. The peanut dressing added great flavor. The donut was moist and yummy. It had more of a cake consistency than a typical donut, but I liked it. I will definitely order from here again!

• 7/3/26first time trying the corner beet. the cold brew was fantastic. but unfortunately my breafask sandwhich really wasnt great, the bread was very hard. felt like it didnt have much on it and i had added cucumbers but my sandwhich only had 2 tiny slices on it :') the lions mane tasted really good tho but over all a extremely skimpy sandwhich for the price. i would maybe try again but dine in next time and hope its better.

• 10/7/25Vegan Breakfast Sandwich** always hits. Hands down my favorite in all of denver. That ciabatta is chefs kiss. I always sub out the lions mane for a beyond patty only cause im a classic brekki kind of gal- i have gotten it with the lions mane and it was still good! Super filling with a nice side of greens.
The Matcha Latte was super tasty and refreshing! I got mine with oat milk.

• 12/9/22Wow. I tried this place one other time a couple of months ago I wasn't a fan. Then today I really had a craving for a salad I decided to give this place a try because the Thai Peanut Salad looked really yummy This is probably the best salad I've ever had in my life it's not just salad so there's some salads that are just lettuce and mix green this one is not this one gives you generous portions Keep in mind you have to add add-ons but totally worth the extra money I got a generous portion of the scrambled eggs and in my Thai Peanut Salad the beyond burger add on not to mention the noodles that comes with the Thai Peanut Salad Supposedly it's lunch portion size but I gotta tell you it's filling for dinner it's so flavorful and fresh and then the Thai peanut sauce dressing is so good Not too sweet not too spicy perfect not to mention They give you the right amount of dressing you don't have to worry about needing extra dressing because they give you a nice portion of dressing normally I don't like to spend over $20 on a Thai Peanut Salad But this is extremely worth it. So glad I decided to give this place another chance
