The quality was great today. Everything was fresh. The Chili had a decent meat ratio and my utensils, hot sauce, cheese and sour cream were in the bag. THANK YOU.

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. The Baconator was dry and tasted a day old. Spicey Chicken Sandwich might as well have been a piece of rubber. Very disappointing.

Food was delish as always. However, my 6 year old was devastated because the cheese on her cheeseburger was off center. She only ate the cheesy half as a result. But like I said, when I ate the other half it was delicious. Warm at arrival and details of order were spot on. Quality control needed on cheese placement for the kids meal lol.

I live 5 minutes down the road and the fries were cold and soggy. I also ordered a sauce that added $0.60 to my total and never got that.
