This Google Level 5 reviewer and President of a local foodie group was quite disappointed...I've ordered from Chop & Chew several times before, but this gravy was congealed, a very small portion for just over $5 as an add-on...the Mac 'n Cheese was also a disappointment...another pre-cooked disappointment at $14 and a small portion...in addition, I even called the restaurant before ordering and asked the very friendly male staff member (Saturday night) what the best of the sausage choices were...he responded right away with the Guinness beef sausage...well, it was anything but...it was dry unflavourful and a third disappointment as a Double Dash accompaniment to out Saturday Night meal...inconsistency is a restaurant killer...you can do better Chop & Chew, but without us nor our Foodie Group to date...

The second to last time I ordered the Mac'n Cheese was a proper human - sized portion. This time it was in a tiny small French fry like container for the same price. Inconsistency kills restaurants. I'll be shopping around going forward. You can do better Chop and Chew.

Mac and cheese was so spicy I couldn't eat it and they put gravy for poutine in a seperate box that was curled and gross. Threw it all out and ordered from somewhere else. Won't ever order from here again

The poutine is delightful. The concept for the "sausage" type burger is a good one, but the 4 that I've had were all dry. In addition, the mac 'n cheese portions are inconsistent.
