• 6/14/26I usually do not write reviews at all but this Shake Shack is becoming so inconsistent. My burger wasn't fully well done and was pink in some areas and had 3 hard bits in the patty which I'm assuming is bone, which could have possibly damaged teeth if chewed on hard enough. My fries only had a small dollop of cheese and certainly was not enough. The shake was the only part of this order I consider perfect. I've been having the same problem with the burger for a while now, it's happened enough times for me to mention it. I don't think I'll get another from here for a while.

• 3/22/26I never post reviews but after my last experience, maybe it'll save your wallet. I stopped ordering from here maybe a year ago because the food's overpriced and underwhelming except for the shakes. The burgers barely have meat, fries are soggy and bland, etc. Every order was disappointing but it got progressively worse. So I order from Smashburger instead. Chili's also has better portions and value for burgers and sides, and if price doesn't matter, Five Guys is still great for quality.
I only ordered from Shake Shack again because I was curious about the Korean inspired chicken bites. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The pics are misleading. They look like they're the size of chicken nuggets or boneless wings, but the ones I got ranged from the size of a nickel to a quarter. I could literally fit two on a spoon and you only get 6. That's insane for $8, and mine was missing one on top of that. l requested a refund and didn't get it. Between that and the $10 burger being about half the diameter of the bun, I regret giving them another chance.
