• 2/9/24New Shaan is the best indian cuisine on the east side and one of the best in cincinnati. very friendly, amazingly full portions, food is consistently delicious. the keema somosas are always a hit and the chicken tikka masala is filling and spicy.

• 1/21/26I ordered the chicken tikka masala because I'm pregnant and was craving it, and have never had any Indian restaurants in Cincinnati so this was my first! Needless to say it is absolutely delicious and exactly what baby wanted! I paired it with the garlic naan which is also super good, and a mango milkshake which is amazing as well and tastes just like fresh mangos. Portions are great! Would order again 10/10!!

• 11/9/25Everything was really, really delicious! The Kadai Ginger Lamb was SO flavorful(I added paneer to it)!! Maybe the best Aloo Tikki I've ever had.I felt the portion sizes and spice level (2) was perfect. I like spice, but do not want to be overwhelmed with it. If you aren't a fan of spicy things, I would recommend 0/1.

• 11/4/23Tried New Shaan out of curiosity to compare it to the "Old" Shaan on Paxton. I would not order New Shaan again. Flavors were very unbalanced and weak. The naan is also toasted to a blackened crisp and bitter, with no garlic flavor, definitely not fresh ingredients. Go to the old Shaan, this place ain't it.

• 3/4/22Great flavor! Ordered a level 4 and 5 CTM knowing that last time I ordered 3&4, I could have tolerated more spice. Glad I did.
