Haven't eaten yet - way to early. Dismantled the The Baja tacos to reheat and reassemble later. Have done this before and it worked out quite well. Love your fish tacos.
Wish you were open later so dinner could be ordered, and we could eat on arrival.
This system does work but it's less than ideal.

I meant to order a different burrito which was my mistake. but either way I didn't particularly like the Cauliflower Burrito. The other veggie Burritos are much better in my opinion
