I have ordered the beef brisket before and was excellent. But today it was grey colored, dry and tough as leather, very bad. The ribs were very good, same with corn bread and potato salad.

I ordered the 2 Meat BBQ Platter . I really enjoyed the pork belly and the brisket. Both were flavourful. The brisket was tender and moist. The baked beans were quite good as well. Unfortunately, the corn bread was bad. It was so dry. That it could be a choking hazard. It also had a weird taste. I couldn't detect any corn flavour. The coleslaw was okay. The dressing was too tart for my taste.
I ordered the platter so I could try a bit of everything. Next time, I'll just order their meat options.

Butcher's Block is awesome. My order was delayed, due to a driver shortage, and Butcher's Block remade my sides so that they were fresh. These people are heroes of Door Dash. It would be criminal not to try the food. Nevermind the fact it's the best BBQ shack in the lower mainland.
