Not sure how that tiny portion was supposed to "serve 6" ... but it didn't matter because the container they sent it in locked in all the moisture and the potatoes were soggy and inedible once they got here.

All the food was over cooked and salty. The toast on the BLT was straight up burnt and the Cinna-Biscuits were overcooked and chewy the cinnamon sugar mixture didnt even stick to them. The French fries were overcooked to dark brown and actually the only thing with no salt at all. The coffee had nothing sweet about it. Worst order yet.

I like Bob Evans food and it's my go-to restaurant on DoorDash for solid, unfancy food. The grilled chicken breast has only disappointed once, when it was dry. What Bob Evans SUCKS at is dealing with mistakes. The chocolate & CARAMEL sundae, which was supposed to have two sauces, pecans and whipped cream, for $4.99, arrived with a pathetically small serving of ice cream with chocolate sauce only. And this was after the DD driver had to go all the way back there to get it, since they'd originally forgotten to put it in the bag. You'd think after the initial error, they'd have made an effort to get it right the second time. Nope.

The food was quite good. However, the portions were very small and expensive. The biscuit was very dry and there was no serving of butter in the bag. One feature that I saw for the first time anywhere was a printout on the invoice that identified the person who packed the order and a signature of that person. I hope that becomes a requirement for DoorDash. Perhaps there would be fewer incorrect orders if the person packing it had ownership to their work.
