• 9/4/23Absolutely the best frozen custard, hands down! We always get our pups a Dog Dish. Tonight it came with a cute little doggy drawing on the lid...adorable!!! thank you to the 'artist'.

• 11/17/25I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae and the pup cup. I loved the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae and usually order 2 so I can freeze one to save for later and it still tastes amazing after a few days in the freezer! My dog loves the pup cups and even knows what the packaging looks like to know to expect one ! Ritters will always be my favorite! The portions are extremely generous and are even shareable if you're not as stingy as I am .

• 11/17/25I bought the brownie Sunday for my roommate from out of town and he love it! It was big enough to share with others . I ordered the strawberry short cake and it was amazing the cake in the bottom was still fresh and fluffy. The custard was amazing as always. The pup cup made my husky a happy puppy

• 11/23/24I ordered a Brownie Sundae. Didn't have hardly any heath bits, pecans, almonds,brownie pieces or enough chocolate fudge. It basically was chocolate custard with whip cream a few brownie bites and a tiny bit of the other ingredients. It definitely wasn't worth the $12.00 I paid for it

• 11/4/23this place is great, just not consistent. first time I ordered the Turtle Sundae it was perfect and delicious. this last time it was made very different. the toppings weren't layered through and it was way less chocolate and nuts than the first time. more like a tiny sprinkle than a scoop. my son really loves his custom Create Your Own Shake but the first time he got the kids cookie dough cup and it was just pitiful. the cup had hardly any custard and the toppings were sparse. would be five stars if I got the same thing every time
