Everything I ordered was delicious. Will definitely order from here again. I ordered the deluxe sashimi, hamachi collar and ribeye teriyaki. The fish was fresh and nicely prepared and the beef was tender and succulent. Recommend.

Food was randomly spicy in unpleasant ways.  Agedashi tofu had chili powder on top - who does that?  Cucumbers in sashimi salad were so spicy you couldn't taste the rest of the salad.  The rest of the order was passable, but I remember when Balboa Teriyaki was a legitimate family-run Japanese restaurant.  Food is far from authentic anymore.

I appreciate how they put my side salad in a separate container.   The food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly.  Especially the rice !!

I got the Oyako Don and it was delicious. Every cut of meat was good, there was nothing I had to spit out halfway through. it also came with miso which was nice. I also ordered the Sake which was excellent.

Door Dash driver handed me broken bag. The salad dressing was dripping on other food packages. I ordered 2 Vegetable Tempura appetizers and only received 1. I don't know if it fell out of the broken bag before delivery.
