😞 Disappointed with my recent orders from this spot! As a regular, I’ve seen the quality drop. Beef dish is now just watery soup with tiny pieces of beef, and the chicken stew has barely any meat. It’s sad to see such a decline—feels like a rip-off! #restaurantreview #foodquality

I really enjoy the sandwiches from this restaurant and have been a regular customer for quite some time. However, over my last couple of orders, I’ve noticed that the sandwiches seem to have a lot more carrots, cucumbers, and other vegetables, but much less meat than before. They almost feel like veggie sandwiches with just a little bit of chicken or pork. This has been my experience with both the chicken and pork sandwiches, which are the ones I usually order.

Me and my coworker agree that banh mi oven has the best sandwiches. They are huge and they cut them in half for you perfect to share. I ordered fresh spring rolls from here for the first time and it was amazing! They are fresh and the quality and size are a great deal for the price. The peanut sauce isnt watery like other places ether. I also always get their D1. Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee they have the perfect condensed milk to coffee ratio!

The Vietnamese Coffee is overpriced with their blank taste. I have never tried any Vietnamese Coffee like this before. $8 is not worth it, compared to Tram Egg Coffee for only $6.50.
Charsiu Pork Banh Mi weren't fresh at all - the cucumbers were bad - it had bad smell already, and bitter, the skin of cucumbers were yellowish -- not sure why they still sell it to customer. I bought it just because I wanted to eat with Banh Mi for my breakfast, the result was so disappointed for both drink and food.
