The drunken Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) were absolutely delicious. Packed with veggies and my choice of protein(duck). The Tom Kha was also very full of veggies and chicken and super flavorful. I like spice but I don't exactly handle it well so I ordered Medium which was perfect for the noodles but I think I could have gone up on the soup.

This is my favorite Thai spot in Denver, my go to tasties are their pad Thai, pix pow peanuts, fried rice, fried spring rolls, and fried dumplings, delicious! A lot of places have kinda dried out pad Thai and Ubon makes sure there's plenty of sauce so it's stays tasty! Pix pow peanuts is such an awesome dish, highly recommend!

The Noodle Soup is my go to. I know it's just an appetizer but it's perfect. Delicious broth and I order with chicken and extra veggies. It always hits the spot as a full meal!
