I love firehouse. I normally go to the location in Fayetteville because they make it perfect. The sandwich I ordered was over powered with the amount of ranch dressing and the tomatoes were old... very surprised

Horrible . Wilted lettuce and soggy bread. Ordered with green peppers and was showered and ruined with banana peppers.

The bread was very tough it wasn't soft like it used to be don't think I will be ordering from there anymore. I guess they changed bread please go back to original bread that you were already using. Thank you very much.

Clearly marked NO PICkLE and a pickle eas laying across the top of the whole sandwich. The container that held the au jus was not closed all the way so the whole bag was full of brown liquid. The sandwich itself was tasteless - what I could taste around the pickle - gross!
