good portion size. "Hot" is a good level of spice and tasty for spice lovers

Tasty ramen but they have massively increased prices, and no longer allow chashu choice even though it is advertised. The chashu you do get is dry and cut very thin, I assume to hide the smaller portion. Used to be my go-to spot but I can't recommend them any more.

Poke bowl was excellent.but the Seaweed Salad was a huge disppointment. Why? Because there were a few strands of seaweed sitting atop a container filled with greens. A tiny cup for $10 and it wasnt seaweed at all! Shame on you Zubu ramen!!!!!

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. Servers don't greet or give you assistance, when you enter they rudely ask you to wait outside without even asking if you're there to eat in or take out. Food quality has been declining. When you ask for additional items they often forget.

Ordered spicy broth and wasn't the correct broth. ZUBU gave the delivery person a broken bag. Broth leaked everywhere. The delivery person was fantastic and did her best under the circumstances to help out, totally not her fault. Usually ZUBU is great but this wasn't worth the price at all.
