Got to throw some love to this Food Truck. If you didn't tell me it was a truck, I'd believe you. Massive menu and the delivery packaging is as good as any brick and mortar restaurant. I've ordered twice so far and both times the food was fresh, piping hot, and flavorful. Look, if you look up El Gringo in the dictionary it's a picture of me, but I lived in Texas and my family came through the south. This is my favorite cuisine and El Asadero delivers 100%.
Combo Carnitas was hot and well cooked. The tortillas are homemade and were so hot all the way until I gobbled them up. I HATE carrots, but the little pickle bag they send has the most moreish(google it) pickled carrot. I can't stop eating them. Cuts the fat nicely!!
Mulitas yo these are FIRE. I only discovered these at this restaurant. They're kind of like corn tortilla quesadillas, the meat options are expansive. Try cow tongue/lengua, and cow cheek! These are 5 bucks each and really filling. 2 for 10 buck for lunch YUM.

very good Carne Asada Fries. the carne steak is diced perfectly and seasoned well. some chared bits too. you get a good portion and it's very fresh tasting guacamole which I appreciate, none of that fake or paste crap. i would order again. no complaints with the side order of Sour Cream.

Stop scrolling and order the Combo Carnitas!! It is seriously the best! PRO TIP: order a side of extra Green salsa, Red Salsa, and Tortillas!!

No complaints. I ordered the Nachos and everthing about it was a 10. I'm being picky here but I wish the jalapeno were fresh and not soft and soggy. Tasted very good and was flavorful and fresh with a good amount of sour cream and guacamole with the shredded beef I added on. Portion was a good size too. Arrived very hot and even had to wait a few minutes before digging in. I would definitely order again!

Absolutely love the freshness and portions they give. I had the beef tacos and they remind me of home. I order here time and time again. They know me by name!
