I enjoyed every bit of my BIG BACK plate!! I had the brisket (tender and juicy), the ribs, my GAWD! Smoked to perfection, and the smoked turkey breast, ( never had turkey breast ,sweet and savory like that) l could tell the sides came from recipies passed down from long ago, and the POUND CAKE!!!!..... Now I know somebodys Granny baked it! It was moist and delicious !
I give this little GEM 5 STARS!!
P. S. The owners are nice and welcoming. They took time to assist me with the self-service kiosk they use for the ordering.

I hardly ever leave a review due to there's alway a problem with food I order! Well baby's looks here ROLLING BONES hv my ancestors in tht kitchen you heat me! I had a chicken plate with greens yams and cornbread! Chicken was moist and flavorful! The greens and yams tasted just like my granny's! Let's not forget about this scratch bread ! All this to say if if ROLLING BONES rolling im ROCIN! Real barbecue is hard to find I'm upset tht I didn't get my brisket sandwich but I'm definitely going to recommend to all my family! Always a hit no miss! Can't show a picture because it's demolished!

Not sure if it was because it was late but the brisket plate had no flavor, the sauce drizzled on top saved the brisket but not by alot. The spare ribs plate wasnt that meaty and again no flavor. To my surprise, the garlic green beans had anchovies in it and that did not sit right with me as I expected "GARLIC" green beans.

The green beans were delicious, but unfortunately the chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it had been sitting around rather than being freshly cooked. I was really disappointed with the chicken because it took away from the overall meal. The green beans were definitely the highlight, but I expected much better from the main dish.

It would have been nice to see the description of how the sausage would be served. Also, if adding white bread was an option and why it didn't come w/ sauce. Your new customers shouldn't have to guess. Great taste and pop on the sausage.
