I really wanted to like the Field Guide Steve pizza, especially because the elk sausage sounded different and worth trying. Unfortunately, it was disappointing.
The crust was hard, yet somehow the middle of the pizza was soggy. The elk sausage itself was good, but there was so little of it that it definitely didn’t justify the price.
For what this pizza costs, I expected something noticeably better than a basic chain pizza, and it simply wasn’t. Honestly, I would have been just as happy ordering Domino’s for a fraction of the price.
And if you’re comparing local pizza, this doesn’t compete with Bella Luna at all. Bella Luna is in a completely different league.

Steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and the pasta itself was delicious, extra cheese as I had asked as well!!! I wish it came with more steak but this is so good!!!

Well we didnt get what we ordered. The Trinidad Chile Burger was medium but really no flavor. We didnt even get the Tavern Bistro Burger we got two Trinidad Chile Burger. We ordered a Ceasar Caesar Salad with the dressing on the side.... that didnt happen either. It was disappointing to say the least. The Elotes is yummy but not worth $11 bucks. The portion is small for $11. Idk not what we hoped for.

Tavern Bistro Burger was way over cooked & dry. Onions weren't caramelized & lettuce & tomato were so small they might as well not be on there. Calamari was OK, but it was greasy and tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old.
