• 2/1/25The Six Arms Goddess Salad was 1/3 of a chicken breast, the dressing came in small cup that was 1/2 filled with dressing. It was a disappointment. Mostly lettuce and onion.

• 6/12/26Ale-Battered Fish & Chips was the worst meal we have ever eaten. We ordered this meal for our elderly mother and when the food arrived there was no way she could eat it. The fish was so overdone and burned that she could not bite into it, and the tots were so undercooked that I had to re-cook them in my airfryer, but they still tasted bad. We have never ordered from this restaurant before, and we probably never will again. My mom paid $24.00 for a meal that she went and through right into the garbage. I tried taking a picture of the food but for some reason it wouldn't let me. no good at all.!!!

• 8/10/25I don't understand how it's so hard to not put unwanted ingredients on a burger. Multiple times in a row now when we've ordered no tomato, etc it comes on it anyway.
This generally is good place but this shows a real lack of care.

• 6/14/26put in an order for a Cheeseburger, a Hail! Caesar Salad, and Edgefield Hard Apple Cider - 4pk. they did not give my dasher any ciders, did not substitute, and did not message me about it missing and just sent the driver anyway. also no silverware being delivered to a hotel for a salad is annoying.
