This is my favorite milk tea spot ever! I love all their varieties and the tea is always good! 😌 and their boba is always on spot. I can never get enough of their Bubble Egg Waffles too! I definitely recommend going here for all your milk tea needs 😁

Very tasty Durian Bobo 榴莲啵啵! Mom & I loved it as it's not too sweet and you can tell it's fresh. My husband loved his drink too! He said it doesn't taste like Jasmin or flowery which he likes.

overall, the experience was realy good. Oni ssue is that the details for what type of Fried Chicken Wings 炸鸡翅 is not clear. Rather than it bbeing a seasoned wing as it states in description, it was more of a buffalo wing. They also gave me the wrong tea. I ordered Pearl Black Milk Tea with no boba and theygave me Jasmine milk tea. The portion of Oreo Bubble Egg Waffle 奥利奥鸡蛋仔 you get is good. Food was very fresh. I'm not sure if I would come back again. The cloud cheese was lacking flavor and I got the wrong tea type.

I've gotten the bubble egg waffle a few times, and it was delicious, but I picked one up today and the texture and flavor was really off. It turns into mush when you chew it, and it was lacking flavor with a slightly sour aftertaste. Very disappointed this time.
