I purchase this salad often. I'm not for sure who made my order this time, the majority is spinach only. Two other times I purchased this salad and it was made like this. Not good. Not worth over $30.00 for a salad. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend when whoever made this salad is working. Not acceptable.

Not sure if it was the restaurant or the dasher, but one of my ordered items was not in my delivery. Also, I ordered an entree sized salad which was surprisingly large, but they gave me one tablespoon of dressing for it.

Welp I have usually liked ordering from Mod Fresh so I ordered a salad and side of cheese Cheesy Garlic Bread. Only got the bread. Yeah sooo not great.
