my delivery was awesome. wish the food was as good. my first experience with The Culver's® Deluxe  and i was disappointed. I thought it would be a juicy burger like a thick juicy burger (considering the price). What I got was 2 extremely flat well done hamburger pancakes (not patties). I would have gone to Freddie's if I wanted something like this. my disappointment comes because it wasn't disclosed anywhere that it would come this way. It was flavorful. Just not what I was hoping for.

Burger was cold before it left the restaurant,because the cheese wasn't even melted ~on anyone's sandwich!!!The cheese curds were also cold, we have never had such a terrible experience with Culver's. Whoever was working grill lastnight November 15th needs FIRED!!! I would give no stars if I could. The sodas were flat and little flavor, we SPENT $60 and whatever the kids spent ~ for Garbage!!! Oh also the edges of the burgers were not the buttery crispy, instead burnt to a crisp, which means our burgers sat in a window or on a tray until they were cold and then threw on the cheese that NEVER Melted!!! My Daughter's Chix Sandwhich looked like it was fried in 2 week old oil!!! I would have asked for a free meal but No Thank You ~ NOT from this location! We were so excited to try the new Pub Burger and got Garbage ~ ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT STORE!

Did not receive tartar sauce SS ordered and paid for. Nor catsup packages.  The fish was not cooked through. The center was cold and raw. Tossed the sandwich.  In past it has been delicious but this time very undercooked.
