Thin little tortillas, No salsa. Maybe the worst ceviche I've ever had! Supposedly shrimp, but if so it's been through a food processor because it's shredded. And the flavor was.....uh....."poor".
Never sent the chicharrones.... no call no nothing!
Paper containers soaked through and falling apart.
No salsa(s)....the chile relleno was at best, acceptable. The refritos had no richness, no base flavor. Looked and tasted like brown paste. Same with the sopa de arroz. The buche was acceptable as was the lengua but definitely NOT something to write home about.
I really miss both Guadalajara and la Laguna chapala and Nogales even more so. But absolutely nothing from this restaurant was even close!!!
Maybe 2 stars, and that's being generous!

Quesadilla was small and barely had any cheese. Tacos had small flour tortillas that were thin and stuck together which made eating it tricky. Agua Fresca was pretty good and refreshing. The chips they give are those cheap restaurant style chips that are like brittle unflavored Doritos. The sauces were ok but the chips just break when you try to dip them.

Quesabirrias (3) were soggy and bland. Consomme was pretty bland as well with no spice except bits of cilantro inside. 3 Regular Taco were bland as well. Carnitas was super dry and looked like chopped up pieces of pork chop. Even the chips were bland. The only thing that had any flavor was the salsa. Portions were nice but everything was lacking any sort of flavor.
