Good food, but small portions for the price. Nice place to eat though, everything on the menu is good. :)

Bread Pudding was tiny for $8 and there was no whipped cream or pineapple as listed on the menu.
The classic burger was fine but there was no where to add cheese or jalapeño cream cheese. When I went to pick up the order no one was in the front to even ask for cheese. I haven't eaten here in a while and now I remember why, the only plus is the convenience but its over priced and bland.

I have ordered Billy's usually wonderful food for delivery, at least 40 times, but have been disappointed the last couple of times. I love their fish tacos, but the tortillas are disintegrating into a mess. Are they thinner or did they used to use two tacos? They usually wrap the tacos separately, but last week they didn't, so it was a pile of pieces. I love their Chop Chop Salad, but last time the lettuce mix was so old, some of the lettuce had turned to black slime. Makes me sad. I've been ordering from them every week for a couple of years.

This is the third or fourth time I've ordered the same things from them, and while the other times were good this one hit a sour note. The BLT salad had almost no "B" in it, and the chicken, which had been crispy and tasty before was cold and had an aftertaste. The lettuce not as fresh as before, which brought about bitterness. The tater tots were cold and mushy this time, while in the past theyd been warm and crispy. Dinner was definitely not worth their fairly premium prices this time.

The food was good but they are consistently rude to us when we go to pick up the food. We are not DoorDash workers we just like to pick up from Billy's because it's close to our house. At least 4 times my husband has gone in to get our food and whoever is in charge of verifying the order is always really rude. Today they accused my husband of varifying the order before he got it which does not make any sense. If you're not going to let us order over the phone directly with you, maybe think twice about being rude to loyal customers that choose DoorDash for pick up from you.
