This place is far from me!! But the food is amazing- it think it was a food truck on fort Sam - but I could be wrong!! Cornbread sweet- collards are southern with a little pickings-flavor- pork chops are terrific- meat loaf is perfect- sides awesome-baked beans are not can driven- got sonorous them!! True southern for me-great place and I'm 45 minutes away!!

Best chicken and waffles I've had in San Antonio yet and I'm not from here. Another thing to point out is I have braces so I'm very very careful how I eat fried chicken. The crisp on this chicken was so airy. It was really good. The banana pudding is on point gotta get it.

I had high hopes. 🤷♀️The chicken that I ordered was not seasoned well. The red velvet cake was very dry. The banana pudding was ok, but it was a very small serving for the price tag.
The waffles were perfect. They were fluffy and cooked perfectly.

I ordered the wings with #3 3 Wings 1 Waffle, sweet potatoes, red velvet cake, Banana Pudding w/ Vanilla Wafers and a Kool Aid.
everything tastes good chicken Crispy I reheated my waffle in the air fryer because I let it sit and cool too long. this is the second time ordering the red velvet. the first time it was dry this time way better. the cake was huge. the banana pudding is small for the price.

First time ordering from this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Food is delicious and homestyle cooked flavor of the collar greens cornbread fried chicken and meatloaf we're so very good. I got the bogo on the chicken tender dinner but was little disappointed that that did not include a bogo on the sides. I really wanted 2 helpings of those collard greens. The sweet corn is exactly that is kind of a cross between cream corn and corn off the cob absolutely delicious. Green beans for delicious as well. Loved the huge helping of meatloaf with brown gravy.
