This was our first time ordering from here and we were disappointed. The $16+ ham and cheese sandwich on pretzel bread was smaller than expected, but it would've been good how they made it properly. We requested no hot honey, which they soaked the bread with. And the other condiment, which was a Dijon horseradish that we did want to be on the sandwich, they forgot.
The shrimp scampi was very underseasoned, and the shrimp was overcooked (made us think they may use pre-cooked shrimp), but once we added garlic, salt, pepper, and a few red pepper flakes it was decent. However, they didn't include the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it.
We ordered a couple of kids meals. One of them was the PB&J. There was barely any PB or J on that sandwich, but there was very dry, very old and stale bread. It was in edible and went straight in the garbage.
Positive things? The monster cookies were OK, the soup was decent (not great, but decent), and the baby carrots that came with the kids meals were very fresh (mid of dad that they were the best part of the meals - lol). Also, the fruit cup medley that came with the ham and cheese sandwich was really fresh and tasty, but the little container was barely half full.
We really wanted to like this place, because they have a good variety of menu items and things that are different, but it was a miss.

Terrible. The club panini which is supposed to consist of cheese, turkey, and bacon, had all ingredients but the turkey part consisted of one half slice of thin deli meat. Everything was cold. The soup was edible but a weird consistency.

We both went with the Choose Two option, and were unfortunately both disappointed. For starters, although the sandwiches were tasty, you only get half a sandwich....which is not specified when ordering. Then the broth in the chicken noodle soup had a odd flavor, and there wasn't much in the way of chicken or noodles in the cups/bowls. Certainly do not feel that what we got was worth what they charged us for it.
