I ordered doordash and was very impressed! Delicious Bolu Bolognese. I asked for cheese and extra sauce. Absolutely no problem. The pasta automatically delivered Al-Dente was a nice surprise. These guys are good! Thank you so much! Will be ordering again from you soon! Hard to find a great Italian restaurant and you are very much appreciated. I've travelled all of Europe and Italy and have eaten at the finest. Bolu doesn't match Italy but what places do? They come close!

Both dishes are excellent flavor.  Dishes arrived hot and well packed

There was an excessive amount of vodka sauce on the orichette which I couldn't stomach after a while. It tastes great but much too much sauce. 

The red sauce didn't have a lot of flavor but we added some basil and salt and it was perfect.

I ordered the chopped salad two nights in a row. The first night the salad was outstanding because the Gorgonzola cheese & walnuts were on the top of the salad. Tonight it was disappointing because you really couldn't tell if the Gorgonzola cheese & the walnuts were in the salad.  If they were mixed into the salad you could not taste. 
The multigrain flatbreads with the sauce & goat cheese are always delicious !

Amazing Homemade Soup, possibly the best i've ever had. Everything tastes fresh and clean/organic. The Organic Sautéed Spinach is my favorite. Sweet, salty and savory all in one
