Might be my new fav kebab spot in Herndon, Reston, Sterling area. Got a basic Chicken & Chicken and the chicken was tender and NOT dry, even via DoorDash. Chickpeas the best of nearby places IMO, decent Naan, delicious Afghan style rice with Raisins and Carrots. Will be back to try some other stuff!

Excellent authentic Afghan food. Large portion of Chicken Kabob and rice. Delicious Bolani that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Second Review – Portion Size Reduced
This is my second time leaving a review. I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times. At first, the food was great and worth the price. The Qabuli Palaw used to come in a large rectangular aluminum tray with a generous portion.
Over time, the portion size has noticeably decreased. In my recent orders, the rice quantity has been reduced, and now the food is delivered in a small round aluminum foil tray with a clear plastic lid, which is not worth the price.
I also added the potato/green pea mix on the side, and as you can clearly see, there are only about 3 green peas in it.
I’ve attached photos from my first order and my current order for comparison. The difference is clear. I hope the restaurant returns to the original portion size and quality.

It was for my kids I'm fasting and they didn't eat because it wasn't cooked properly they were stick together. They taste like dough. unfortunately it wasn't good in one plate there was five Ashak and they were stick together like dough

Shawarma Wrap w/Fries: shwarama wasn't that usual tightly packed wrap with pickles and garlic sauce. Also very small wrap for the price. Should have went with the tandoori or kebab
