Every single time you order from this location something is missing or not prepared correctly. Quesadilla chicken was so burnt and the cheese was not melted at all. The sides were missing. The Burrito Bowl chicken was also so chared we picked it out. And the side of Chips & Guacamole container was hardly half full of guac.

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra sour cream extra cheese and also corn salsa and tomatoes on the side and guacamole all on my bowl! Bowl was pretty light considering I go there alot and my bowls are alot bigger! I also asked for brown rice and I got white rice. I would send it back but had to eat as I work in an office and on my lunch break! Not happy I paid 20 bucks for this!! Only positive thing I have to say is my dasher was very pleasant and nice! But won't be ordering from this chipoltle again

Not worth it! I ordered this meal through their delivery service. The meal was terrible! The chicken was burnt, which ruined the entire thing. I also did not receive much lettuce. The guacamole I ordered had large pieces of avocado in it. My food was also not delivered with a napkin and plasticware to eat with. I spent extra to have it delivered and it was not worth it. All around it was a terrible meal!

Meat is severely overcooked and so salty. The rice is super watery and soggy even with the absence of beans. There's almost no guacamole and not worth the cost of adding it. This only happens in wallingford...disappointing.

This was the most disgusting Chipotle experience we’ve ever had. We ordered two burritos, and everything about them was terrible. The chicken was completely burnt, there was barely a pinch of lettuce, no sour cream at all, and only a tiny sprinkle of cheese. As regular Chipotle customers, we always order the same burrito, so we know how it’s supposed to be – and this was nothing like it. To make things worse, the rice was undercooked and so hard it felt like you could break your teeth. Honestly, we should demand a refund. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend.
