Two orders now they are not filling up the large Fry container yet charging me an extra $.60 for the large fry even though I'm actually getting a medium fry really annoying

First of all, I love chick-fil-a but my order looked and tasted less than fresh. Chicken was dry and dark brown like oil that was used was very old and it tasted like it too. Fries didn't taste like the fries I'm used to from chick-fil-a.

A large looks like a med. Is it too much to for a full sized fry. It was half empty with the the napkins & sauce on top. We love your fries so fill up the container!

Definitely could tell whoever fried the chicken patty skipped a step in the batter station .
My first time ordering DoorDash from them . I didn't return it but just fyi tbey dont need to skip steps . The crunchy batter is what makes the sandwich

Love the Grilled Chicken Club Meal!!! The chic-fil-A sauce and the honey bbq sauce were just the perfect combination with it!!!! Mouth watering goodness!!!!!!!!!
