• 12/2/25I had a wonderful experience at Italian Grill. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and the Pollo Copacabana, and both dishes were absolutely delicious and well portioned! The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared.
The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.
If you’re looking for great food and great service, I definitely recommend Italian Grill. I’ll be back!

• 5/9/26I have always had wonderful food from Santos. This order was sent to me wrong. also the chicken was very dry.
Recived two chicken Marsala instead of Pollo Copacabana.

• 4/15/26....broccoli, carrots and zucchini....in the container with the lasagna. Sauce was watery .Enough said. The taste of the ground beef was okay. Would NOT order again.
