This food is amazing, we ordered a few time for the previous BBQ place downtown and it was cold , dry and not flavorful. Cowboy butter is the exact opposite of that. The cornbread is in a world of its own. Highly recommend

The Bacon Jam Burnt Ends was good portion size andwere FANTASTIC! Wood-Smoked Wings were perfectly cooked the dry rub with the Alabama sauce for dipping were great. Even the Skinny Pig with dressing was fresh and worth it. Would order again without question.

The portion size of the Bib & Tucker Salad was ridiculously small, especially for the price. It looked more like the bed of sparse greens that is put under an entree than an actual salad itself.
The Chicken Fried Steak was far too thick to be cooked properly, leaving it dry, and it was also very salty.
The Bacon Jam Burnt Ends were slathered in an excessive amount of bacon jam, leaving little chance of actually tasting the burnt ends. Burnt Ends are supposed to be full of flavor and slathering them in bacon jam is just evidence of their lack thereof.
Root Beer was missing.
Cowgirl Cauliflower was doused in a sweet sauce which was overpowering and left the cauliflower soggy.
OL' Smokey Burger was fine. Not good. Just fine.
I've enjoyed barbecue all around the country and the throughline of all good barbecue is consistency and simple flavors. This was an overpriced chaotic mess. I will not be ordering from here again.
