The bacon was burnt and inedible... eggs over cooked and the biscuit ehh. Certainly not what I was expecting

Springtime Salmon was horrible. Whose idea was it to put an aromatic cheese in dill orzo? The assault on my senses was instantly debilitating. Was the strong cheese added to mask the not fresh fish? The Springtime Salmon may have been from some other spring. It was not fresh nor properly sourced. It reminded me of a preparation from a institution like a school cafeteria or hospital. Like someone tried to mask the age of the fish. It was overcooked. I'll leave cheese, orzo and dill to your imagination... Not at all to my taste. The description doesn't mention the "cheese".
The Cauliflower Chimichurri Steak. No. Sadly far from it. Void of flavor, not even salted. Watery charred mush. The whipped tahini was tasty. I wish there had been something to eat it with. Generally both entrees portions ok. However, not fresh. I wouldn't order again.
