• 8/19/23Usually when I order from here, it arrives fresh, unmelted, and as expected. Tonight I paid a premium for a half-filled serving which was melted when it arrived and after being in the freezer is still liquid and melted in the bottom. I was looking forward to tasting a favorite childhood flavor, Tiger’s Blood Ice Sorbet, but now it feels a bit ruined with a poor product and poor interaction with customer service.

• 7/24/25I took my granddaughters there on Tuesday evening as they always love going there. The place was filthy, trash cans overflowing, toppings all over the counter, floor super dirty. So surprised to see this condition.
Please clean it up so I can revisit!
