Really good flavors and quality, I've been struggling to find good Chinese and this one definitely worth trying. I've been back two times this week! Loved the green (Gluten-Free) Dry Cooked String Beans , Mongolian Beef Chow Mein, and General Tso's Chicken which had a nice kick.

Mongolian beef is killer. Little spice, perfectly salted, nice flavors all around. Reminds me of Amercan/Chinese food from the '70 & '80s when it was really good.
Haven't had a bad dish from D&S yet.
Make a pickup order and go in and have a beer while you wait. Staff is really cool and they'll be happy to talk about the food booze all you want.

This place was mind blowingly amazing- specifically the (Gluten-Free) Avocado Prawns ! If you like honey walnut prawns you will love these! They are like a grown up *healthier??* (haha) version! The shrimp were still crispy when they arrived. We also got the Mongolian Beef Chow Mein and it was flavorful and delicious. The meat was fresh, the spice level was perfect, and the noodles were tasty and not greasy. We enjoyed both dishes. I will definitely be ordering from Ding & Spice again to try their other creative takes on Chinese.

The Kung Pao Chicken is spicy and flavorful. It's just meat and peanuts, just as it should be! Has chilis and peppercorns for a nice dimensional spice. (Gluten-Free) Deep-Fried Szechuan Crispy Beef is nice and crispy with a ton of flavor!

The chicken fried rice was probably the best I've had in Oregon. The string beans beef was tender and beans cooked perfectly to a crisp tender. Both were so flavorful and I will be trying more dishes soon!
