I got a half pound of chopped lean bbq and it was exactly what I wanted. So moist and flavorful without being fatty. I was able to specify that I wanted it lean. They gave a reasonable amount of delicious BBQ sauce and you can choose to have pickles, onions, and /or Texas toast as accompaniments. Will absolutely order again.
