Bluefin has the best sushi in Henderson. The spicy tuna roll was excellent and I haven't found a better Ahi Poke Salad in Vegas. It's a must have if you go.

No care whatsoever went into this order. Ikura as seen in pic was shoved onto an orange instead of being wrapped individually in seaweed. My salad was supposed to be seaweed salad. The fish was probably the cheapest and oldest fish available!
