I had been traveling all day and missed a connection so I had to lay over in Las Vegas. I used doordash to find something healthy and was thrilled to find Cafe Rio. I had a wonderful salad filled with fresh ingredients. It was very satisfying and fulfilling and extremely tasty. I was only disappointed I couldn't finish it all because there was so much of it.

Everything was great! Everything tasted very fresh. I got the Build Your Own Bowl. serving sizes were generous. The carne asada was perfectly cooked and tender. And the Chips & Queso were also very fresh.

I ordered the Salad and it was delicious. Large portion, fresh, and flavorful. I also ordered the Guacamole and Chips. The chips were crispy and salty and the guacamole was fresh and tasty.

Ordered chips and guac and it wasn't even halfway full. It's $8 for the guac. Was also super spicy today and same with the red sauce, which is supposed to be hot but it's the only thing I ever get and it was giving me heartburn almost instantly. It's never this hot.
I also received a 20oz drink instead of the large, which I'm pretty sure is supposed to be 32oz. I would've taken a soda if there wasn't enough limeade left for the day but no one called to ask me or let the dasher know to ask me. Don't take someone's money and give them less than what they paid for. If this is the new location on sunset, we have repeatedly had issues with the food from this store.

Sweet pork was incredibly dry, burnt like it was old and inedible. Hardly any tomatillo sauce on top which made it even dryer.
Everytime I order from this location, I say it will be the last time, but I try again.
