favorite restaurant in Richmond, but I'm super annoyed by the inconsistent quality control. some days it's perfect! other days, like today, they seem to be content to let mediocre product go out the door. why would you send flat biscuits out, when they're usually thick & fluffy? And what happened to the hot sauce on my sandwich? today was a miss, but I'm giving 4 stars because the waffles were fine, & it's still my favorite restaurant.

I cannot even believe that these items (the Beaut, the Lemon Poppyseed waffle) were gluten-free. Best GF food my wife and I have had in the several years we've had to eliminate gluten. Just fantastic!

Love that they are fully gluten free. The breakfast sandwich was delicious! The waffles was good too. Would order again!

i hate to criticize, because i know gluten free cooking is very difficult & can be inconsistent to work with, but that said, the quality control on the other ingredients is still slacking. The avocado on the beut sandwich was all brown. Not a little brown, but completely old & gross.
