My steak sandwich was absolutely amazing everything cooked perfect I love how they cut it in half without being asked I appreciate the quality! Best experience I've had in a while and I've lived in Saginaw my whole life

Save your money and go somewhere else the sandwich was very sloppy and I would have been happy if the cheesesteak had half of the meat that it had in the picture instead it didn't even have enough meat to cover the bread I had to add both halves together in order to not be just eating bread

I really wish I could give Charley's zero stars. Whoever made this steak sandwich today 7-15-25 around 4:45pm, should be sent to a professional development class. He or she wasted my time and money with this nonsense. There is no way I paid $21 for this sandwich. I asked for extra onions, mushrooms, and cheese, but I expected more than two pieces of steak. I would never order from Charley's again.

Combo drink was missing, but we got a credit. The boxes were very greasy, but the philly steaks and ultimate fries were surprisingly delicious. Very good!

Old School sandwich was ok. Was supposed to have pepper relish... no pepper relish. Ordered (and paid for) side of Ranch... got no ranch. Ordered (and paid for) extra Cheese Whiz... got no extra Cheese Whiz. Ordered Old School fries and came with about 2 tablespoons of meat... (I think they took the meat of my sandwich to put on the fries)...
Not worth the high $$...
