They can't seem to get a steak medium rare, I've ordered it several times, and it's Always Over cooked! The packaging is Not closed, it's in a paper bag wide open! Even McDonald's makes sure your bag is closed and taped shut!

For the price the packaging is horrible. Everything in the Triple Dipper® is soggy. The steak is burned and gross. Terrible. Also in Triple Dipper® they have two ranches that each have about an inch worth of ranch in the cup.

I had to saw the Ancho salmon with a knife to eat it. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes and received broccoli. This meal was a special splurge for me and this has always been my favorite meal from the Weslaco Chili's so I am extremely disappointed in this dining experience. I don't know if I'll try eating there again.

burgers are starting to taste different and need to go easy on the mayo. This is not the only time I was disappointed the ribs have been getting worse too.
