Rolandos is one of our staples! The Lunch Quesadillas de Chivo and Pollo Lunch Pollo Bohemios are my very favorites. I love how unique the flavors are compared to the local tex -mex. And the black beans are not to be missed- I've been trying to recreate these at home for years.!

The shrimp quesadillas were burnt... barely any shrimp in them as well. The one in fort smith is better

The Don Quijote Burrito was 95 percent rice on the inside. It is large but waaaaaaay overpriced. I was excited to try it as a vegetarian option but would not buy again.

My "sandwich" consisted of one tiny piece of ham on each half. Loads of lettuce tomato and onion piled together, and I'm not sure where there was cheese. Cubano sandwiches are my favorite but this was by far the worst I've ever had. It was sloppy and I had to take all the toppings off and just put my two tiny pieces of ham together from both halves onto one. I didn't even realize there was going to be avocado on it, yet another surprise. The best thing about the meal was the black beans and white rice.
