Rolandos is one of our staples! The Lunch Quesadillas de Chivo and Pollo Lunch Pollo Bohemios are my very favorites. I love how unique the flavors are compared to the local tex -mex. And the black beans are not to be missed- I've been trying to recreate these at home for years.!

The Don Quijote Burrito was 95 percent rice on the inside. It is large but waaaaaaay overpriced. I was excited to try it as a vegetarian option but would not buy again.

Rolando's is one of the most under rated spots in Fay! Food is so fresh and flavorful, staff is super nice and fun, relaxed and culture centric vibes and drinks. Definitely a go to for group drinks, date night or reliable night in.
