Flavor was delicious, fries were absolutely top notch, the seasoning was great. The only issue I have is the size of the poboy, could have picked my teeth with it. For flavor it's probably the best in Monroe, for value probably the worst

Wow the packaging of my order arrived perfectly. It tasted just as fresh as when it arrives at the restaurant. I really appreciate the dividing of the hot and cold foods! Upside Down Chicken Caesar w\ fry is always crispy and seasoned perfectly. Yardbird & Biscuits the gem was the gravy.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Cotton Restaurant. The food was dry, tasteless, and poorly prepared, and the biscuits were burnt. Additionally, there were no plastic utensils or paper towels provided, which was inconvenient.
I spent approximately $60 on my meal, but unfortunately, the food was so dry and lacking in flavor that I couldn’t finish it and had to throw it away. This was a complete waste of money, and I expected much better quality for the price.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the food quality and overall customer experience.

Wow this is the most flavorful roast beef I've ever had. The fries were crispy till the very last one! They even gave me a little cup of ketchup. This is the best Roast Beef PoBoy (Planters) you can order on this app!

This place always packaged the foidso nice that everything arrives crispy and not soggy. The fries are amazing and they never forget the ketchup. The Yardbird Sandwich (L) with the coleslaw is the best chicken sandwhich in town.
