I ordered Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea.) but received 4. They tasted amazing. Not what I paid for. They even gave me 2 marinara packets. My sandwich and fries were somewhat warm. Not hot. NOT the doordasher's fault. I know that because I tipped her extra for being so quick!

The Swiss on the ham & Swiss melt was hard and bitter. Not the usual creamy Swiss that's on the French dip and the ham was fatty and not shaved. I haven't eaten at Arby's in 6 months, maybe they changed their recipes? The cheese sauce was also bland and tasted synthetic. I also ordered catchup and they gave me horsey sauce instead.

I ordered from Arby's yesterday and it was so good I ordered again today. Todays sandwich came on a burned bun, the cheese was completely melted and gone and there was 3 slices of roast beef. It's as different as it could be. Too bad Arby's you failed miserably.

Bread was soggy.The meat and cheese were hanging out of the bread and was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. No flavor. Totally disappointed.Probably will not order from you again.

I've nev really had Arby's befre but that Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is the best fast food burger I've ever had. Please Arby's keep this burger on the menu permanently.
