• 4/14/23I know this was a large order and inventory control can be difficult but the first soup I opened was just broth. No meat at all. I make this order at least twice a week and when it's made right it's my favorite but there have been several times now that the order is not the same. We also received no French bread at all. It's a shame because this restaurant has been a mainstay of mine for longer then I can remember but I can't just receive a bowl of broth for $15 and I still don't know how the others will be this time. I would prefer they raise the price if necessary and know that I was going to receive the same product that they always delivered in the past.

• 6/30/25This place has gone way downhill since the former chef (Miguel) passed away and since the owners (Scarlett and Mario) also passed away. How sad. Their food used to be excellent---the chicken soup was one of their hallmark dishes. Now it's a very bland, tasteless broth that is like dishwater - with some soggy vegetables and rubbery chicken thrown in. Just terrible. Will never order it again. So disappointing because their chicken soup used to be fantastic! Please Rainbow---get higher quality chefs or you will lose longtime customers such as me. I've been eating at The Rainbow since 2005.
