That was without a doubt the best bologna sandwich I have ever had. that cheese sauce was incredible and the egg cooked just right. I took the chips home as I was too full for more than a couple. My partner loved them. that little lemon tart was equally amazing.

Dont sleep on the fried beef tacos! They are the best in town in my opinion! The cotija cheese on top is a 100! It includes four tacos, so the portion size could be shared or ordered and eaten as an entree! The fried Bologna sandwich is also a solid choice as well!

Super nice , helpful staff when there was "confusion " about the delivery order . Called me to adjust order .
Also best burger in town with the special sauce they make...and with amazing fries !

We have tried this place 3 times and given it a fair shot. However, tonight was the last. The ingredients are fresh however, every dish we've tried lacked the flavor you would expect for this price. I spent 33$ on the ceviche sampler and they gave me 6 tortilla chips. All of the ceviche only tastes of lime.(I've had ceviche in South America a few times and this tastes nothing like what I had.) The plancha chicken was bland and the vegetables just tasted like smoke. The Nola po boy also lacks flavor and just tastes like lettuce. Same for the burger, mainly watery lettuce and thin mayo. Way too expensive to lack flavor.

This spot may be named State of Confusion, but there is no confusion on how fantastic this place is. We are visiting from out of town and had to have it two nights in a row! Bison burger was delicious, and the strawberry basil drink was the perfect pairing. Highly recommend!!
