I love T4 and their service! This is my favorite drink I come a few times a week and this is my go to! It's lightly sweeten and very refreshing!

Basil Popcorn Chicken no longer comes with basil. This affects the taste although the portion size is nice. Our drinks were great and we'd order the again, but the curly fries didn't taste fresh. So drinks were awesome but we're hesitant about ordering the food again. Even though T4 hasa great menu, across locations, the food has been hit or miss.

Fried Flour Bun with Condensed Milk was missing and not delivered. There was limited to zero seasoning in popcorn chicken (there was spice but no detectable typical salt and pepper). Same with lobster ball.

Takoyaki was dry. I have ordered from them several times before and they were good. I don't know what happened because it's no longer the same. No sauce, they're dry and fish flakes are not even enough for 6 Takoyaki balls.

Chicken very soggy, so much uncooked boba in both drinks, fries were soggy and put in a paper bag that went thru instead of a box like the chicken. Ordered a smoothie n it's literally strawberry lemonade water.
