The Bison is always amazing. I recommend not getting mustard because it can overpower the flavor but it's geat. The Chili Cheese Fries are delicious but I think a little overpriced for portion size.

This was my first attempt at bison, and I liked it!I'll try it again.Bison cooked to order. Friend HD the bison Patty Melt and she said it was great as well.
