• 3/1/23Best Futo Maki in the area! This place also doesn't skimp on the avocado for the rolls that have it. The rice is a nice texture too, not too gummy.

• 3/1/26The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

• 12/28/25We ordered late after a show due to limited options, and unfortunately the food was terrible. The Spicy Salmon Roll had no flavor, was poorly wrapped, and smelled excessively fishy. The Pad Thai was extremely dry, missing basic components, and absolutely not worth the $20 price tag. It makes sense this place stays open late for customers who aren’t focused on food quality.

• 11/22/25All of our rolls were just put together in the same box. So all of it was hot when it arrived when half of what we got was either to be room temp or cold. The portions were a traditional size so for it to be more than surrounding places is off base.

• todayI've been coming for years and the last experience was the final nail in the coffin. The food used to be solid. Every time. Now it's just awful. $50 worth of food bought and nothing was edible. The steak was so overcooked you couldn't bite through it, and the same with the chicken. Never again
